The Slim Fast shakes are designed by experts and aim to provide you with approximately 1/3 of your daily nutrition. This will result in you losing weight whilst maintaining healthy nutritional levels. They recommend exercising to help the process and provide some easy going manoeuvres to a sweat on. The only problem with this is that until your body gets used to the diet, you will be a little short of energy and probably won’t feel like too much exercising in the beginning!
