You won’t be left to starve in between meals either, there are
plenty of snacks to see you through the day. Users of the Slim
Fast plan have often reported that once they have reached their
target weight, it stays off for longer than other plans.
The Slim Fast shakes are designed by experts and aim to provide
you with approximately 1/3 of your daily nutrition. This will
result in you losing weight whilst maintaining healthy
nutritional levels. They recommend exercising to help the
process and provide some easy going manoeuvres to a sweat on.
The only problem with this is that until your body gets used to
the diet, you will be a little short of energy and probably
won’t feel like too much exercising in the beginning!
